Visiting Niagra Falls has been on my bucket list. Our tour with Emma did not disappoint! She reached out personally the day before to make sure we were coordinated for pickup. The van was clean and air conditioned. Emma answered questions and provided helpful information and recommendations about our visit to Buffalo, in addition to guiding us expertly on our Niagra tour. Your tour of Niagara Falls, USA begins with pick up directly from your downtown hotel in Buffalo, NY. After a quick drive to Niagara Falls, your guide will bring you to your first attraction, a boat ride on the famous Maid of the Mist. Before you board, you’ll have a chance to check out the view from the Prospect Point Observation Tower, located directly above the boarding site for the Maid of the Mist boat tour. The next stop on your tour is a visit to Goat Island which connects to Terrapin Point and Luna Island as well. After your Goat Island visit, your guide will take you to Cave of the Winds where you will descend 175 ft. into the Niagara Gorge before heading out onto a series of walkways leading to the “hurricane deck” - only a few feet away from the Bridal Veil Falls. Your final stop on the tour will be a visit to Whirlpool State Park. At the end of your Niagara Falls tour, your guide will return you to your downtown Buffalo accommodation.

Our host, Saeid (not sure how to spell) was very informative and friendly. The black Mercedes vehicle was very comfortable. The tour took us up close to the water falls; We had free time to climb stairs to different parts of the falls. Recommend this tour. Expect to see lots of people but that is tourist attractions for you.

Jimmy was great, very nice, informative. There was a huge mix-up in pick-up location. We planned to meet at the location specified by Viator, and pre-booked an Uber. Jimmy called before the Uber arrived, and said he would pick us up. We still lost the booking fee for Uber. Also, the title of the tour was “ 7 Hour Niagara Falls USA Tour from Buffalo”. Including the travel time, we were back at our hotel in a little over 4 hours. A good tour, but not worth the price, as we were expecting to be there most of the day.

I was on the trip/guided to the falls with the provider Tripshepherd. It was an excellent trip, starting with the punctual pick-up from the agreed location, through the transfer to the destination, and returning to the starting point.
The guide was extremely well-educated and provided initial information on the trip from the location to the falls, starting with the history (Buffalo/Niagara Falls/Lake Erie and Erie River) over the bridges towards Niagara Falls/Toronto and ending with the first industrial use of the falls. With the guide, you didn't have to queue anywhere, got straight onto the boat (Maid of Mist) and straight into the Cave of the Wind. You should definitely also visit Luna Island.
Together on Goat Island, he also told us the history of the island, how it got its name, etc. He also explained the connection with Nicola Tesla and the falls (for generating electricity).
All in all, a big thank you to the guide Saiyd,
and the next time I come to the falls, I'll definitely be guided by this provider.
