Points of Interest

Stop At: Tropical Trail Rides
Isabela, Aguadilla 00662
The morning ride at 9 am is a perfect way to start your day. Or if you prefer, you can see the best sunsets on the 3:30 pm tour (depending on the time of year.) Each tour lasts approximately 2 hours, and you will ride on one of 30 healthy, happy horses that are well cared for, very gentle, and spirited. Start your tour with a nice ride along the beach. A nearby almond tree forest also makes a great horseback riding trail ride. There is definitely enough variety in the landscape and terrain to challenge the more advanced riders, but beginner and intermediate horseback riders also have the same chance to enjoy this spectacular trail ride. At the end of the beach, you'll pause to let the horses and guests rest. During this time, your guide will take some photos for you at an exquisite beach. Or, if you’d rather take a more relaxed approach to the break, you can either go for a refreshing swim or rest in the beautiful white sandy beaches.

This experience is well worth the trip from San Juan to Isabela. The owner and guides are very informative and assistance is provided for novice riders.

We did a private ride on 1/23/26 and it was incredible! Our guide, Albert, was a pro and gave our advanced group the opportunity for some nice trotting and loping stretches. We rode on the beach and some forests, the perfect combination of sun and shade. The owners, Craig & Michelle, take excellent care of the horses, which looked healthy and happy. 10/10 recommend!

This tour was amazing! Our guide was excellent and the team gave explicit directions in reviewing riding techniques while being friendly and respectful. The views along the beach were breathtaking and I would highly recommend!
