The tour guide never showed up, and I believe we were scammed. The meeting place is extremely unsafe, with numerous addicts and smokers around. We decided to wait, but no one arrived. I contacted customer service, who provided me with the phone number to call. I called that number, but there was no answer. I then received a message from chat support 20 minutes after the scheduled meeting time, which was also unprofessional. They informed me that we could not receive a refund because it was our fault. This incident has completely ruined our Vegas trip, and I would strongly advise against booking this tour.

Vegas is the place everyone would like to visit, the serenity and the beauty of that place is unexplained, the customer service is very welcoming and makes it more fun. My friends and I will be visiting Vegas again soon.
