We had an early flight 6am, we were told we had to be at airport 11/2 hours before departure so pick up was at 4am. We arrived at airport 4.15am but the check in desk does not open until 5am so had to stand around for 3/4 hour! Driver was punctual and drove to our unit on resort site as no resort staff available that time of morning to assist with our cases ( very hilly terrain) .

We had an unsatisfactory experience with this shuttle. The driver arrived on time but was in an unmarked car. He didn't bother to get out of his vehicle to identify himself and so after 15 minutes just drove off. When we arrived at the lobby to pick up the shuttle the bell boy had asked who we were waiting for, he wrongly told us that the car, that was in fact our ride, was waiting for an airline crew and was not ours. After a 40 minute wait he phoned the company who said the driver had been at the hotel but we hadn't shown up! They then sent him back to collect us 45 minutes after our pick up time. This could all have been avoided if the driver had taken the trouble to get out of his car and check our names, we were only standing a few metres away from him!

We used VIP transfers for both our arrival and departure on Kona. They had excellent communication and were on time, professional, friendly, and helpful. They were easy to locate at the airport and hotel. They provided helpful information about the island on our drives. Highly recommend this service!

Bus and friendly staff were waiting at cruise terminal on arrival but bus was late picking me up to go to International Airport. Driver snappy and didn’t apologise for lateness just excuses.
