We began our trip in rain and unfortunately, we had to go back to the depot due to a mudslide. The crew worked very hard to get us back safe. Very unexpected in Arizona but have had heavy rains that morning and early afternoon. Appreciate everyone efforts to keep up safe. We will try again.

Our entire party absolutely loved the Verde Canyon Railroad Adventure Package! We had an amazing time on the train, especially since we were outside on the open wagons, which allowed us to fully enjoy the breathtaking views and stunning scenery. The experience was truly memorable. The drinks were a bit on the strong side, but no complaints here — just added to the fun! The tour guide outside and the bartender were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The charcuterie board they provided was divine—absolutely delicious. Overall, we give this experience a perfect 10/10 and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sedona!

Beautiful views, but audio commentary couldn’t be heard.. you need earbuds or some type of device so people who want to hear the audio info can hear it over the railroad music and passenger conversations.

The train is very nice, comfortable and beautiful views along the way. The lunch is delicious, the charcuterie boards are generous and the perfect snack for the ride. The hosts were very informative.
