It would be helpful if they told you what specific pickup area you needed to go to. 3 other couples experienced the same thing and they picked everyone up at different pickup locations at the airport. It wasn’t very efficient for anyone especially the driver.

You may end up waiting up to half an hour in the van while the driver/agent round up more passengers to fill up the seats.

Be expected to wait around for a long time for pick up and drop off. It took almost 2 hours from when I received my luggage to get to Waikiki Hotel.

The shuttle arrived at the Pre-arranged 3 location after I called the dispatcher. There was space for our luggage and ourselves. We arrived to the destination quickly. The price was affordable.
