I got a call from VIP while we were still taxiing in. He would meet me at baggage claim and advised to take my time. He was very easy to find and walked me to my shuttle. I shared it with 4 ladies on vacation. Both rides to and from my hotel were comfortable, safe, air conditioned in clean shuttles. Both of my drivers were very friendly and personable. The trip was less than 30 min to my hotel and slightly longer going to the airport due to traffic to the freeway entrance. My return driver was thankfully early. Sooo worth the round trip ticket. It was a huge budget beater for me. Customer service is awesome and efficient. You'll be in GREAT hands.

Viator info about pickup location was useless. Wasted an hour trying to find it. A call to the Helpline was needed to resolve.

We booked round trip airport transfers. I received a voucher for the initial pick up, but nothing for the return trip. I sent two messages to the company and received no reply. I called the number in my confirmation and it was for the airport not the transit company. The airport gave me the correct number and I called. They had my reservation and told me when they would come to pick us up. He said I won’t get any other confirmation via text or email.

We would definitely recommend this company for shuttle service from Honolulu airport to our hotel. Shuttle was Argo destined and comfortable. Our driver loaded our baggage and asked which resort we were going to. Arrived safely.
