They were really easy to deal with and looked after us well. Our plane was very late and it took ages to get through customs but as soon as we called them they were there within 5 minutes

There was noone waiting for us at baggage. Over several phone calls we were sent in different directions and even hung up on. Each support call put us on hold while supposedly contactong driver. After over an hour of anxious waiting and worrying we were finally crowded into a packed van and endured an extended ride as we were the last ones to be dropped off. When we finally arrived at our hotel my suitcase was unloaded with a broken wheel.

Operator could not initially find our reservation. Once the operator found our reservation we waited for 45 minutes and after checking with the operator several times, we took a cab for the same money. Only took 25 minutes to get to our hotel once in the cab.

When you exit the airplane terminal from Hawaiian Air turn right and go to the twi white umbrellas. Be aware that that is the smoking section. Stay down when

There was no instruction of where to go to find the drive or van, we walked around and asked so many people and no one help us. We ended up called a Lyft. We did try to go into the app and click support and send messages but no response. We were disappointed.
