I had no idea that St Paul was a safe haven for gangsters back in the day. This tour has lots of stories of their lives and things that happened to different gangsters. You also get to see a lot of St Paul which was a nice bonus. Our guide on the bus was very informative and knew the history and city very well. Our guide at the caves did a great job as well. Wasn't really sure what to expect with the caves, but was interesting to hear about things that happened there and the businesses that have used the caves over the years. The acoustics in the caves is impressive. If you want to hear stories of gangster life (and corrupt cops) in St Paul, this is the tour for you.
The package tour will give you priority seating on the bus portion of the tour, as well as a VIP photo opportunity with a 1930 Hudson Essex Gangster Car. Please note: even though this tour is year-round, the Hudson Essex is a seasonal offering.
