NORTH AMERICAN (except HA, DL, UA): Use the crosswalk between baggage claim 19 & 20 to the median. Drivers may be forced to turn around if passengers are not yet present. HA Interisland, Mainland (except International): From baggage claim 11, go outside, DONT cross any street, turn right and go straight. You will see the pickup area. INTERNATIONAL (ALL FLIGHTS): Exit the terminal using exit DOOR 2, use the nearest crosswalk (between pole number 5 and 6) to the median. Pick up only on GREEN curbside mark. IMPORTANT: 1. Please note that the driver can park at the pickup area only 15 minutes, if you do not see him right away, it means he is circling the car around. 2. We will track your flight and give you some grace period for the custom and luggage. If you do have a phone, please give us some courtesy call when your plane is landed. They do not come inside and help you with your luggage at baggage claim. You could get an uber or a taxi for WAY cheaper and have the same experience. The driver told me he was not allowed inside and would be ticketed, however, there were other drivers inside with signs waiting for people to arrive. Then he told me I booked the economy experience and with the business class experience he could come inside. So it went from he couldn’t come inside to I booked the wrong option for him to come inside. Neither economy nor business class was an a option through Viator. You just book it and I even had to contact them after the booking to give them my flight information. Also, it was a pickup for 5 people so they should assume there’s at least 5 suitcases with carry-ons and they sent an Escalade. The only reason we fit was because 1 person in our party missed their flight. The trunk was filled with luggage and we had to put bags under our feet, luggage even had to go in the front seat so if that person was with us neither them nor their luggage would have been able to fit. All around poor service.

Driver was pleasant. The car was not what is depicted in your pictures. I could have taken a chance on an Uber and possibly done better.

We had trouble meeting up at the airport. The directions given lead us to the wrong place. I reserved a private transfer for seven people in a large van. We had to use two cars which broke our party up. I would not use this group again and do not recommend them. Our private transfer back to the airport with another tour group was a lot cheaper, more than half, and we had a van.

We found that the drivers were very well prepared and easy to reach arrived on time and were very friendly and easy to converse with.
