Sunset cruise was great! However, directions to the departure point supplied by Viator was completely wrong. Viator’s directions sent us to the parking lot of a golf course , nowhere near beach were the cruise departed from. We almost missed the event. Get your act together, Viator!!

Waste of money and time. We do some type of boating activity everywhere we go and this by far was the most boring, uneventful, disapointing boat adventure we’ve taken. The crew was nice but the vibe on the boat was awkward. We arrived to the boat for a sunset tour with drinks and food and found ourselves on a boat with no music sitting in silence for about 20 minutes waiting for the next group to arrive so we could get briefed and get going. This tour states it serves snacks and light bites but there was just a small bowl of rice and chicken and for a gluten free option a container of lettuce. This sunset sail was such a disappointment and would not recommend for the money.

Nothing bad about the company or crew just the wind. Our last day in Hawaii and winds got extremely high so our cruise is canceled and refund awaits

Although not specifically designed as a whale watching cruise, it is always possible they may see some. Wow, we did and according to the captain the best whale watching cruise he has had all this year. We saw at least a dozen pods doing fin rolls, full breaches, blows, tale waves. Awesome! Crew was delightfully friendly, courteous, helpful, and informative. Ship accommodations were impeccable. The cocktails and light teriyaki chicken rice bowl was very tasty. Highly recommend.

Great crew! Nice drinks. Saw whales (but no sunset, just due to weather that is not anyone's fault!)
