Firstly, the communication with the company was excellent. Let me know when we would be picked up and also let us know when the driver would be here. When we got to the destination, they tried to sell us a vip package for around $60, they claimed we would get a private cenote for 20 people and in the non vip cenote, there was over 150 people. Our guide was Alan, he was absolutely excellent. Super friendly and funny. Definitely made our experience. The tequila was lovely, but if you wanted to purchase it was rather expensive. The teacher was very knowledgeable and funny also. The cenote was absolutely beautiful. Was a bit strange as they claimed there would be over 150 people when there was less than 10 of us, obviously not complaining but a fair point! Only complaint was I wouldn’t liked to know a bit more about the history of them. The atvs were great fun. However our first one broke down and our second one needed to be fixed. The course was excellent and great fun. The zip lines were also really good fun and also great opportunity for some pictures! Staff were all very friendly and put you at ease if you were nervous! The food was definitely okay, not excellent by any means. You could buy extra if you wanted but wasn’t necessary. Whilst eating lunch, there was a show for 5 minutes with dancers and fire. After they came round begging for tips which made us uncomfortable. However the whole trip was very organised and extremely professional. We would like to thank Alan for an amazing experience! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and if you’re in doubt of booking this tour, definitely do it!

Alan was our tour guide, very informative and extremely humorous, was probably one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had on holiday, the upside down zip line was phenomenal and the photos were great. Photos cost $75 but are very worth it. The cenote was beautiful and very quiet, which was surprising to us as we was told there would be 150+ people there and offered the “private cenote” as it’s much quieter. There was probably 20 people there , the atv was hilarious just a little daunting as the trails are BUMPY but that made it more fun. The tequila was beautiful and really opened our eyes on how good the stuff is. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Recommend brining Crocs and or water shoes for the cenote and some decent trainers/sneakers for the ATV. Brilliant day out 10/10

I honestly had a great time and thought the staff were friendly. However, I would recommend bringing your own goggles for ATV, sunglasses would probably work fine, maybe even some sort of face mask because it is a little dusty. I got suckered into paying 40 USD and didnt really need them. Photos are taken for you which is nice but you do have to pay for them at the end if you want them. So besides leaving a tip for your guide, I would plan to spend some extra money beyond the ticket cost, but if you dont want anything extra, you can say no to everything extra. Not much time given between activities to change out of wet clothes from swimming or use the bathroom. It was a pretty rushed experience. The swimming and the tequila tasting were the best parts for me, but we did these first before ziplining and ATV, which felt a little dangerous after drinking. You get 2 free tacos at the end, just know they are small and dont really have much filling. And lastly, there wasnt a whole lot of direction given so felt a bit lost on what to do throughout.
