Rode the express skylynx bus from airport to our hotel. Bus ride was quick, smooth and easy. Loved how we saved over 30 mins by not having to stop in DT and the direct airport to hotel service was very convenient. Driver was nice and helped us with luggage. I would ride again with Skylynx.

The bus left without us! We were abandoned in Whistler, as the bus did not come to the pickup point. This was our first time using Skylynx and didn't know what range of arrival was reasonable. We were at the pickup point 15 minutes early and after 30 minutes we contacted Skylynx. After a 20 minute call with customer service they confirmed the bus was already on its way back to Vancouver and would not come back. What's more, requesting refund went nowhere with Skylynx; their customer service was terrible, denied any wrongdoing, and the bus driver said he came to the pickup point. All responses come from "the Skylynx Customer Service Team" - no accountability whatsoever. I will NEVER trust Skylynx for any travel. If you have a deadline to make, choose a reliable option. (FYI Epic Rides saved us by making special arrangements for us to help us make our flight!).

A super convenient way to get to Whistler. We didn't want to drive to Whistler from the Vancouver Airport so we booked with Skylynx. It was great not having to worry about driving conditions in the mountains and the scenery was beautiful.

Created a TA account just to post this review as our bus driver, Ryan, was exceptional. Friendly service, safe driving and gave commentary during the trip. I left my ipods on the bus and called the office and they were able to find and even bring it back to me in Whistler on another bus!

Our driver Ryan was kind and very helpful as first time travelers to Vancouver and Whistler from HK. He was able to answer all our questions and even took the time to help my pregnant wife load all the luggage into the bus. We have already booked our return trip with Skylynx. Hoping for Ryan again on the way back 😁
