Choose Between Two Options
- $39 for initial acupuncture consultation, evaluation, and one treatment (a $120 value)

During the up to 90-minute initial visit, acupuncturist Jackie Bensinger discusses clients' medical history before assessing their tongue, which she considers the body's map, and any areas of concern. She then gently places thin, disposable needles along various points on the body to release blocked Qi and decrease aches and pent up stress. All sessions—including each hour-long follow-up visit—also include nutritional and lifestyle counseling.
Vibrational Healing Arts
They say knowledge is power and for licensed acupuncturist Jackie C. Bensinger the old expression couldn't be truer. She has a decade of schooling under her belt, as well as stints as a talk show host on Health Updates Radio on WSRadio.com and a publications editor. One of her biggest accomplishments has been founding Vibrational Healing Arts, a softly lit office tucked within the Medical Arts Building on Balboa Avenue that was recently named one of the Top Five Best Acupuncture Practices by San Diego CityVoter A-List 2012.
Jackie provides a range alternative treatments from feng shui and qi gong to Chinese herbal remedies. The services blend Taoist and Native American traditions, helping aid those suffering from chronic fatigue, arthritis, and fibromyalgia. As a licensed acupuncturist, Jackie employs the Balance Method technique, which focuses on releasing unbalanced Qi along the limbs, ears, and head. She can also bring balance to the body with a variety of services such as Cherokee energy medicine and laser therapy that is designed to reduce inflammation and stiffness caused by the muscles wanting to meet the top layer of skin.
