Learn the beauty of the team sport of ultimate frisbee

Classes take place from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the following Wednesdays:

  • April 19
  • April 26
  • May 3
  • May 10

No experience necessary. After four weeks of instruction, you’ll have learned the basics of ultimate frisbee, including the core rules, scrimmaging, and throwing and catching. Open to all levels of athleticism.

This series runs for four weeks on Wednesday evenings, 6pm-7pm, April 19, 26, May 3 and 10. Classes are held outdoors and run rain or shine! No special gear required, but athletic attire and soccer/football cleats strongly encouraged. This series is intended for adults of all ages, but youth aged 16-18 are welcome with parent/guardian permission.
