Q&A with Victoria, Instructor
Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
Showing modifications to the more difficult movements so everyone leaves feeling they have accomplished something in the class.
What is the biggest mistake you see people make when trying to get fit on their own?
Their nutrition, and that they try to accomplish too much too fast. There is no instant weight-loss gratification in fitness. With dedication and perseverance, you see amazing results and life changes.
When and how did you first develop a passion for fitness?
I have always been passionate about fitness and health. I have always been an active person and enjoy sharing my knowledge of health with others.
