With the guidance of on-site winemakers, customers choose one red or white juice: Italian red blend or California white blend. They then pour their juice into a 20-litre container, which they pass off to winemakers, who oversee the six- to eight-week fermentation process. Once ready, the new wine fills up to 26 bottles—which customers can label and seal with included labels, corks, and shrink caps.
Although bottles are not included in this deal, customers may bring their own or purchase them at an additional cost ($1 each).

Promotional value expires 180 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Limit 1 per person, may buy 3 additional as gifts. Limit 1 per visit. Limit 1 per household. Choose from West Coast Red (Cabernet Sauvignon) and West Coast White (Pinot Grigio); upgrades available. Additional charge if customer wants to add Oak. Corks, labels and shrink caps included. Bottles can be purchased for $1 per bottle. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.

The winemakers at Vin Bon, using juices from international harvests, invite customers into the winemaking process, helping them craft their own vintages without the time-consuming steps of squeezing, straining, and background-checking their own grapes. After helping guests select their juice, the winemakers monitor and blend ingredients in each batch on its journey through fermentation and filtration. In addition to their winemaking services, Vin Bon sources premium juices and grapes, such as cabernet sauvignon and riesling.
