With the guidance of on-site winemakers, customers choose one red or white juice: California West Coast red blend, or California West Coast white blend. They then pour their juice into a 20-litre container, which they pass off to winemakers, who oversee the six- to eight-week fermentation process. Once ready, the new wine fills up to 26 bottles—which customers can label and seal with included labels, corks, and shrinks.
Although bottles are not included in this deal, customers may bring their own or purchase them at an additional cost ($1 each).
Vin Bon Dundas Street
The winemakers at Vin Bon, using juices from international harvests, invite customers into the winemaking process, helping them craft their own vintages without the time-consuming steps of squeezing, straining, and background-checking their own grapes. After helping guests select their juice, the winemakers monitor and blend ingredients in each batch on its journey through fermentation and filtration. In addition to their winemaking services, Vin Bon sources premium juices and grapes, such as cabernet sauvignon and riesling.
