About Vincenzo's Restaurant
The chef's at Vincenzo's Restaurant rely on seasonal, often locally sourced, ingredients when whipping up Italian cuisine from scratch. Their menu, which has been featured on The Chef’s Plate cooking show, takes familiar classics and adds twists to them. To create a signature calamari dish, the chef coats squid in ground-up risotto and fries them up. Then pairs the calamari with a dijon-horseradish and a roasted-pepper sauce. But what really sets the calamari apart is the nest of fried angel-hair noodles that they rest on. Some of the other specialties include prosciutto-wrapped shrimp, pizzettas drizzled with balsamic syrup, and four-cheese ravioli, all of which pair perfectly with wines hand-picked by owner Vincent Cicerchia.
