There are no local cleaners in our neighborhood that will accept the VIP card. Calls to the VIP Card office for information were never answered and messages were never responded. Groupon should check VIP Card's credibility.

Every cleaners listed is either no longer in business or refuses to honor the Groupon
When I told the VIP pacific promotion agency they basically told me that is not their problem and refused to give me a refund
They should not be part of Groupon and this is basically fraud

The merchant is outstanding. Once you provide the voucher number to merchant, the card is quickly mailed to you....without delay.

This card is not worth it at all!! Do NOT buy. The cleaners on overland and Jefferson says it doesn’t apply to anything and just some discounts on certain days. What a waste of time and Money!
