Typically how many treatments does one need to get rid of spider veins? And does a treatment include both legs and all of the spider veins on both legs?

Unfortunately, it's hard to say without examining your legs. A general guideline is that you may need three (or perhaps more) treatments if your spider veins are very pronounced and widespread on both legs. If you have only small thready spiders, even if on both legs, I'd recommend buying only one treatment. Treatments are 1/2 hour each and working on both legs is frequently done. How much of your problem is resolved with each treatment depends on what you start with.
