VisArts is amazing. Each activity I’ve done with them has always been so fun. The instructors are so friendly and willing to help out, especially with newbies to things like myself. I always look to VisArts first whenever choosing a great activity to do.

This was a wonderful class. I highly recommend it. The teacher was excellent. I have never done anything like this before in my life and ended up having so much fun. Both my son and I have proudly displayed our work of art at home.

I think the class was nice however it was the first time that I had been to a paint class that actually had a sketch of what we were going to paint already on the canvas. I was expecting something a little easier and we were warned that it was one of the most difficult pieces to paint. I might try it again however I have been to other Sip and paint classes that were are more entertaining

Had a great time at the mud and merlot class. Got it as a gift for my dad to have father daughter bonding. So much fun and the teacher was great. Only thing is I wish the class was a little longer, but I understand why it can’t be!

About VisArts

A nonprofit community arts center, VisArts fills its studios with artists learning techniques of creative expression, and acts as an exhibition opportunity for seasoned creators. Classes span a wide artistic spectrum, including concentrations such as ceramics and glass, many of which can be specifically tailored for the educational needs of children or resurrected Renaissance men in need of a new hobby. VisArts also enriches the community with a trifecta of galleries—the Kaplan, Gibbs Street, and Common Ground—and a thriving resident-artist program.
