What You'll Get
"Get in shape" hovers near the top of many New Year's resolution lists, right next to "deal with raccoon infestation" and "figure out how raccoons get trapped in the TV." Stop watching so many TV shows starring raccoons with this Groupon.
Choose from Three Options
- $19 for 10 boot-camp classes (a $120 value)
- $29 for 20 boot-camp classes (a $220 value)
- $49 for two nutritional assessments and one training session (a $280 value)
During the 50-minute boot-camp classes, join groups of 30–50 students in a spacious outdoor park for a workout that combines elements of aerobic exercise, yoga, tai chi, and stretching. Classes are Tuesday and Thursdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 2 p.m. The 10-class program takes three weeks to complete, and the 20-class program takes about 6.5 weeks. You must come prepared with a yoga mat, a towel, water, and an inspirational Rocky song in your head.
The first two sessions of the nutritional consultation are combined into one visit that takes about 90 minutes and includes a health, nutrition, and iridology assessment. During this visit, the nutritionist measures your body structure and vital statistics before developing an exercise regimen suited to your specific health goals. Afterward, clients have the option to engage in a 90-day challenge and a transformation program that involves ordering meal-replacement kits online. The third session lasts about an hour and includes corrective therapeutic exercises.

About Vital Health
David Lee began life on rather precarious footing. He was born to a single mother in a poor area of Seoul, South Korea and, as a small child, suffered from food allergies and poor digestion. Luckily for him, a mentor in Canada sponsored Lee and his mother and sister and taught them about nutrition and the healing power of whole foods. Soon afterward, a young Lee was outlining his own nutrition regimens, and he eventually even managed to overcome his chronic ailments without the help of a doctor or a genie.
Today, David applies this spirit of innovation in his professional life as a personal trainer, nutritionist, and holistic practitioner. Drawing from more than 20 years of experience, he has pioneered Tai Body, a workout that incorporates Thai boxing movements with aerobic exercises, meditation, and stretching. He also developed a system of exercises and nutritional packages known as the Vital Health System, which gradually strengthen beginners’ cores so they can begin to tackle more advanced exercises, such as transforming into a treadmill. As participants work to obtain healthier lifestyles, the nutritional counseling helps increase energy levels by encouraging smarter food choices.
