During the 50-minute boot-camp classes, join groups of 30–50 students in a spacious outdoor park for a workout that combines elements of aerobic exercise, yoga, tai chi, and stretching. Classes are Tuesday and Thursdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 2 p.m. The 10-class program takes three weeks to complete, and the 20-class program takes about 6.5 weeks.
