Germaine was very pleasant. However getting a hold of anyone to make an appointment is next to impossible. Took a couple phone calls and emails to get the first appointment booked. I genuinely thought it might been a scam because it was so difficult getting a hold of someone. I tried to make a follow up visit. I've called, left voicemails, and emailed countless times. Eventually I just gave up.
