You could spend your next gym visit hitting the same old weight benches and cardio machines. Or, you could climb rope ladders, traverse a rings course, and scale inverted walls like on American Ninja Warrior. Vitality Obstacle Fitness specializes in ninja warrior training, challenging people of all fitness levels to tackle the more than 30 obstacles onsite. Members can also alternate their ninja training with more traditional conditioning and boot-camp sessions, and even bring little ones along for the Kid Ninja program.
