First of all the facial was desperately needed! From the minute I walked in Jessica was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She looked at my skin, told me exactly what I needed and what I didn't. The spa was clean and inviting. Very quiet. She did an AMAZING facial. Told me everything about my skin, what I should and shouldn't do. She was very informative unlike other ethstaticians.
