I purchased 40 units of Botox and had to get 2 additional touch ups due to asymmetry and movement in my forehead. Less than one month later it’s already worn off. They had great customer service so I’m giving them 2 stars for that but I’m very disappointed in the results. With 40 units my forehead should be frozen solid for at least 3 months. Clearly they are not injecting as advertised.

In your case, it was recommended that more than 40 units may be necessary to achieve the desired effect on your forehead. When I informed the provider I would be 5 minutes late to my appointment, they told me I would have to wait hours or cancel and forfeit my $250 Groupon, which is inconsistent with Groupon's terms and conditions. After indicating I no longer believed they were the right injector for me, they proceeded to fraudulently redeemed my Groupon.
