Q:

the question JJ asks above is definitely NOT a dumb question. why can't i purchase the $24-for-$40 option even though only 2 people are dining? i can easily spend $40 for just food on myself and my S.O. what's the big deal? it's still $40 worth of food i'm going to order and it's still $12 in Vivo's pocket and $12 in groupon's pocket when i purchase the groupon.

Q:

If I buy this today, can I use it today. It use to be that you had to wait at least 1 day, but I'm not seeing that restriction here.

Eric B.  asked on  Jul 25, 2013

A:

Fortunately, you can use most Groupons on the same day you purchase them. However, we do occasionally have to wait to provide the business with their complete list of purchasers, which can mean you won't be able to redeem right away. If that's the case, the delay will be listed in the Fine Print and we'll remind you when you print your voucher.

Q:

This may be a dumb question but do there have to be 4 people present when you use the $40 groupon for 4 or more? Or is it just a basic $24 for $40 worth of food? In other words, if I buy this can I use it for just 2 people?

JJ  asked on  Jul 25, 2013

A:

The $24 for $40 option is valid for a group of four or more. If you are dining with less than four people, please purchase the $12 for $20 option.
