Vivoli Café & Trattoria
Vivoli Café & Trattoria's owner, Nunzio Donato Ciaraulo, shares his love of Italian culture and cuisine through a lengthy dinner menu and prix fixe menus that highlight dishes from four Italian regions––Veneto, Puglia, Sicilia, and Lombardia. Chefs gently shower a rack of lamb in barolo wine reduction for the Costolette d'Agnello al Barolo and flavor pork tenderloin with a balsamic-reduction sauce and fresh strawberries, a more practical method for sweetening a dish than having a high-school student body send it Valentine's Day cards. A selection of 16 desserts includes sorbet, cannoli, and a house made tiramisu. All available for birthdays, anniversaries and weddings. Nunzio also leads three-hour, hands-on cooking classes and help youths learn the basics of operating a restaurant with their Vivoli Academy of Culinary Arts program.
