Hi, I am just here for the next seven weeks and not very fit..but your class seems fun to attend, so I'd love to come. However I have had a fr tired coccyx which has sort of healed but wouldn't wish to strain it too much. Will your classes cater to this? Thanks :-)

Hi! It really depends on your injury and how much it has healed. It also depends on if the doctor has given you the OK to exercise. With that being said - we can modify any thing that is uncomfortable and if something is straining it - we can switch and do something else.. I HOPE THAT HELPS!
