Loved the ambiance of the place with an under-the-sea calming video loop of some of my favorite sea creatures. Courtney listened to my needs, made the highlights nice and thin, explained the effects of box color. She cut and styled my hair perfectly! I didn’t even have to tell her to thin it. She knew, showed me the difference by doing so and expertly executed a beautiful style. Awesome!

First visit to Volume and had a big project for Courtney. Long overdue haircut and color and she did such a great job. She was very easy to work with great advice on full color with full highlights. I felt like a new woman! Lol highly recommend, Courtney. The shop itself was cute and clean and very comfortable. Great experience. I’ll be going back!

Could not speak more highly of Courtney’s talent! ( @HairByCourtneyAnn on Instagram ) She did the most beautiful, blended, sun kissed blonde balayage. I have dark brown roots, and it’s hard to add honey blonde in a way that looks natural and seamless! She knocked it out of the park, with the color matching, the haircut, and aesthetic I was going for. It takes talent for someone to replicate your inspo/reference pic with precision! Made my dream come to life! :-) She has my vote of confidence, and I will be gladly returning as a routine client. I feel lucky to have found such an excellent hair stylist from Groupon, of all places. You’d be lucky too. Hehe.
