Nearly nine decades of history are contained within the walls at Von Trier, from the chandelier recovered from the Pabst Mansion to the antique wood carvings imported from Germany. In fact, German and Austrian elements define much of this bar—the menu centers on bratwursts and oversized pretzels, and the drink selection highlights more than 60 European beers. There are also dozens of American brews, giving Von Trier claim to one of the largest beer selections in the city.
