Got there 15 minutes early there was one girl doing nails upfront but didnt acknowledge that I walked through the door. Sat there until 10 minutes after my scheduled appt before I asked about my scheduled appt. She yelled to the back and then the woman I had the appointment with made an appearance. We go back to the room I told her I wanted natural lashes. She did absolutley no prep on my lashes no cleaning no primer she just dove right in gluing lashes. They started falling off the minute I left the salon. One side is longer than the other. Huge spacing big gaps between lashes and they look horrible. Im going to have to pay someone to fix them which is super frustrating. Huge waste on time and money.

Our front desk staff was focused on their nail service and also missed your arrival. I came out to greet you exactly at your scheduled appointment time and didn’t keep you waiting past your slot. • Before starting your full set.I thoroughly cleansed your lashes with a cotton pad and cleanser, discussed your desired length and shape, and showed you samples to ensure we were aligned. After the service, I held up a mirror for you to inspect the final result, and you didn’t mention any concerns at that time. I then walked you through aftercare instructions and explained our refill policy, at which point you mentioned you’re not local and wouldn’t be returning, so I didn’t press further. • We offer a 3-day guarantee on all lash services: if you experience excessive shedding, uneven length, or gaps within 3 days, please reach out to me directly and I’ll fix them for free, no questions asked.
