I am a 52 year young woman and am not in good shape but I do have a good attititude and sense of humour....... and I've wanted to take a kickboxing class for about a year now. I need and want to get back into shape and WOW the men...lol...Will I have to do lots of rolling and falling or can I mostly be on my feet???...Is this for me?

hello Jill,, actually ,, all the classes for kickboxing are on your feet.. You can definitley do it ;) the classes are challenging for you and they re alos a lot of fun.. Let s get you in here.
