Q:

I have two quick questions. Does the "new client" in the fine print mean new to the daycare program or new to Wags Park as a whole. Also, how does the groupon work if you have two pets you would like to bring to the day care? Thank you!

Sorry, this is available for new clients only. If you have used their services before, you will not be eligible for this Groupon.
Sorry, there is a limit of 1 per person, so you will not be able to use this offer for more than one pet. Hope that helps to clarify.

Q:

My puppy is 4 months old and is not able to be fixed yet. Is she able to come and participate since she is not eligible for the spay process yet? Thank you!

A:

Very sorry, but participating dogs must be spayed or neutered for this offer.

Q:

Why does 5 passes cost $37, but 30 unlimited is only $32? Is there a difference in the kind of pass?

Whitney S.  asked on  Jul 21, 2013

A:

Sorry for the confusion! The $37 option is for five dog park passes, which can be used at your leisure between the purchase and the expiration date. Each individual day pass is regularly $15, making this option a $75 value.

The $32 option is for a 30-day unlimited dog park pass, meaning that you can go as often as you'd like within a 30-day period. A 30-day pass is regular $65, which is why this option costs slightly less than the 5-pass option. I hope this helps clarify!

Q:

I see the rules state my dog must be spayed or neutered. I have a 1.5 year old male that I am currently showing in conformation and hunting events. The AKC requires he be intact for these events. Does this mean we can not join?

Sorry, as stated in the rules, participating dogs must be spayed or neutered.
