❕ Purchase: Limit 1 per person, may buy 2 additional as gifts.
✘ Cancellation: Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled outside of 24 hours will receive a refund of the ticket price. Within 24 hours, tickets are non-refundable, including ticket surcharge. Rescheduling any portion of your party will result in a $25 per person fee.
⛔️ Restrictions: Check-in time is 30 minutes before your reservation time. We will board the boat 5 minutes prior to reservation time. There will be NO refund if you miss the boat. Pregnant women are unable to fly. Children must be at least 5 years old to participate in parasailing and must weigh a minimum of 50 pounds. We require a minimum passenger weight of 50 lbs and a maximum weight in the parachute of 450 lbs. For the safety of all participants, we strictly prohibit intoxicated or under the influence of guests and reserve the right to deny service at the captain's discretion. A $1 ocean usage fee will be charged per the rules of the state of Hawaii. An additional fee of $7 applies as a fuel surcharge. Subject to weather. All goods or services must be used by the same person.
