parking is too limit, I didn't catch it at the 1st day., then I rebooked, paid extra, but they canceled it with no reasons on the 2nd morning. Then I had no time to change to others, need to go home that afternoon. What a pity!!! they canceled with no reasons, but only refund rebooking fee...

If I could give this zero stars I would, when we went for the parasailing the weather was bad and they had to cancel our activity for the day. So, we had parasailing scheduled again for the following day and again it was CANCELED. But, this time it was because the captain got COVID. I paid for the activity through Groupon and until this day customer service had not attempted to issue me a refund.

- Parasailing is an activity where the participant is towed behind a boat while held aloft by a parachute-like sail. The sail is attached to the boat by a tow rope.
- Age restrictions: Must be 6 or more. Participants being less than 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
