Golfers are invited to perfect their swing at a challenging golf course with 18 championship holes
When the golf aficianado Mrs. Gourtley Dunn Webb opened Washoe Golf Course on the eve of America's entry into World War I, the course was only open to members. That changed around World War II; ever since, challengers from across the country have taken on the curves of the course affectionately called "the Shoe." In addition to following in the footsteps of past champions such as Ben Hogan, today's players can forge their own stories across 18 holes packed with doglegs, hazards, and tricky terrain.
