Water 2 Wine
It sounds like a miracle—but it’s just basic viticulture. Customers at Water 2 Wine can experience the winemaking process for themselves, transforming grapes into wine with just a careful eye, water, and patience. After selecting a batch of grapes, they work alongside a wine-making team to initiate the fermentation process. Then it’s just a matter of waiting, designing a customized label, and picking up the batch of bottles about six weeks later. In the meantime, the winery also offers tastings of the several varietals made onsite.
Luigi’s Italian Restaurant
When guests enter Luigi’s Italian Restaurant, they’re greeted with the scents of baked pasta, meatloaf, lamb shanks, and minestrone. Chefs prepare each margherita pizza and prosciutto-stuffed chicken with fresh cheeses, meats, produce, and spices, presenting each meal amid the charmingly familiar decor of red-checkered tablecloths and a darkly stained wood bar. Diners clink glasses of rich Italian wine over plates of italian meatloaf and eggplant parmesan or order offsite catering for their parties and banquets. Occasionally, the restaurant also hosts events, such as a New Year’s Eve bash set to live jazz.
Water 2 Wine
It sounds like a miracle—but it's very real. Customers at Water 2 Wine experience the magic of transforming grapes, water, and time into something wonderful. First they select the fruits of one of the finest vineyards in the world, then they work alongside a wine-making team to initiate the fermentation process. Then it's just a matter of waiting, designing a customized label, and picking up the batch of bottles about a month-and-a-half later. In the meantime, they can stop in to check in on their slowly developing wine, and try a glass of one of the winery's own varietals.
