This is not actual "Shaved" ice, it is ground up ice cubes more like a snow cone type thing, chunky type ice not smooth shaved ice. Flavor syrup wasn't very good either, ended up throwing it out. Maybe other flavors might be better but it is not shaved ice.

I brought 18 people (15 of which were kids) into get icees and ice cream and the young man working in the store did a wonderful. He treated us so well and was so incredibly patient with us!!
