Choose from Three Options
Something changes the moment a person plunges into one of Waterway's specially designed pools. A sense of relaxation envelops the body like a hug from a giant stuffed hippo as soon as swimmers plunge into the 94-degree water. It doesn't hurt that body therapists stand ready to apply Watsu techniques right there in the water. They rock and stretch their patients to alleviate pain and address issues with motor skills and other problems.
In other pools—where the water is a bit cooler—children learn to swim, and parents bond with their infants over aquatic exercise, singing, and playing with toys. Instructors also host water aerobics classes for adults and seniors.
