So much fun, enjoyed the time to walk around and see all the other animals! Learn a little about the horses, and their background. Had a great ride, this actually was our 2nd time back!! We love Beau and Miss Piggy and all the staff!

We ended up not able to ride with the group. There were only two volunteers to help a group of eight people with little horse riding experience and one of those volunteers (AKA ranch hand) was a 13 year old boy. He was very nice and seemed confident but not mature enough to handle the issues that came up. Before we all mounted, one of the horses started fighting with another horse tied next to it. They wanted to put me on that horse but I asked to be given another one that wasn’t as aggressive. Long story short, they were overwhelmed and put me on that horse anyway. Before we could make it out of the ranch to the trail my horse had started biting at any other horse that got close to it and caused several other riders to be very nervous. I was told to keep my horse away from a couple other horses because they like to fight… this made me too nervous and I asked to have another horse again (there were three or four left saddled and tied up back at the corral area). I was told to return where the 13 year old followed and waited so I wouldn’t be left unattended at the ranch since the owners were not home. I was not offered another horse and the group continued on without me. My husband was on another horse that would not stop eating after they had put hay out to get it to move away from its pen. The boy had us dismount and just said the horses weren’t into it today and we could just wait for the group to come back from their ride. We didn’t see a point to this and just left. Waste of time and money. They were nice enough but didn’t have qualified people there to make us feel safe.
