Ms. Kathy is always and very much concerned about her patients when it comes to health, nutrition and exercise. She is a positive person who will offers advice and accepts feedback. I have been working with the Weigh Less Health Center for a while now, and have lost 58 lbs already. I haven’t reached my goal yet, but they have been so supportive and encouraging throughout the process! I couldn’t have done it without them! They work with the individual to attain your goal in a way that is sustainable. I would definitely recommend them.
