I tried to go to this establishment not once, but twice to redeem my Groupon. Made two separate appointments (one directly on the company website and one through Groupon). I called to confirm and left messages. I DMed on instagram. No answers. Both times I went to the establishment and no one was there. It’s a shame because it seems like a wonderful place but they can’t abide to a schedule.

I showed up for my appointment and no one was at the facility on my schedule day. I left a message on voice-mail that morning with no return call received. My appointment was scheduled April 30th, 2022 with my voucher stamped redeemed.
