- Cancellation Policy Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Any no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of your appointment. I understand emergencies happen. Let’s be respectful of one another’s time. 1st occurrence of a cancellation will be excused 2nd occurrence of a cancellation will adhere to the above percent cancellation fee.
