Are all of your yoga classes the same in terms of technique and difficulty level?

Every class is little different in routines and techniques as they present different combination of stretching, breathing and relaxing techniques. Each class is meant to feed the body, mind and soul in an unique and interesting way, just as we like to eat a little different food. The difficulty level are also guided according to the stages of different participants. The rigors and repetitions of certain routines could add the level of difficulties. Although the classes are all levels, we have advanced routines for those who seek challenges.
