Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

I will be visiting from CA from 8/28 - 9/8 and I would like to combine the two 30 minute massages into just one 60 minute massage in one appointment. Can I do that?

Sue  asked on  Aug 13, 2012

A:

Thanks for your inquiry. This promotion is for two problem focused 30-minute hot stone and/or deep tissue massage sessions only. This massage promotion does not allow combining the sessions into a 60-minute massage. You would need to schedule two separate 30-minute sessions.

Q:

I don't like deep tissue, can I get a different kind of massage?

Steven B.  asked on  Aug 13, 2012

A:

Just ask the massage therapist to use minimal pressure. (Our massage therapists use the amount of pressure that is comfortable not painful for deep tissue massage.) Also, the hot stones help relax the muscles allowing for a more comfortable massage experience.

How is it determined whether I get a hot stone or deep tissue massage? Do I choose or does the massage therapist decide?

Dana B.  asked on  Aug 14, 2012

A:

Whether you get a hot stone massage or deep tissue is up to you! Please let the massage therapist know what you prefer and your pressure preference. They use the amount of pressure that is comfortable for each client.

Q:

How far in advance can I make appointments? I am looking at making appointments in October. Also, If I buy one for a friend does the same friend have to use both 30 minute massages or can I split those up?

Katelynn B.  asked on  Aug 13, 2012

A:

You can make your appointment as far in advance as needed, we can certainly get you set up for a time in October. If you are buying a second one for a friend, they do not need to use both. You are able to split them up!
