One Permanent Makeup - Lip Blush Lipstick Effect (2 Sessions set 4-6 weeks apart)
Lip Blushing is a specialized type of tattoo specifically for the lips. The pigments used are also specifically for lips and heal to natural tones. It is good for those who feel their lips are pale, want a natural look more like their favorite lipstick, or have dark shading or patches and they would like a brighter more even hue. How long it lasts is very individualized by metabolism and lifestyle, but should be at least 1-3 years before a refresher is needed.
What to expect:
Free initial phone consultation prior to appointment. When you arrive, your lips will be outlined to their perfect shape and custom color will be chosen or mixed. Lips will be numbed. Color will be applied using lip blushing tattoo technique. Secondary numbing can be used as needed. You will be sent home with beautiful new lip color and aftercare instructions. It is recommended to come back for a touch up in 4-6 weeks when lips have healed to fix any imperfections. Your lips will heal to a very natural shade. Allow up to 3 hours for the procedure.
To achieve the Lipstick Effect, which is a much more intense color than Lip Blush, another treatment is necessary and included in the price. At 4-6 weeks when the initial treatment is healed, instead of a touch-up we will repeat the initial treatment to intensify the color. After this second treatment is healed in another 4-6 weeks it is recommended to come in for a final touch-up to ensure perfection.
There is no actual downtime, but lips will be darker or more intense immediately after compared to when they are healed. This and other considerations will be discussed during the phone consultation.
