Due to the safety harness system, there is a maximum weight limit of 250-pounds. Comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothes is recommended. Clothing with buttons, snaps, zippers, rivets, jewelry and metal accessories are not allowed. Anyone ages 6 and older is welcome to participate. Such a fun session. Teachers were amazing and couldn't believe we were doing catches by the end of it!

This was an amazing experience, staff were kind and helpful and made everything feel comfortable and fun. My boys and husband loved it! Will definitely be back. And wow , didn’t know they would do the catching part too!

The coaches are amazing, encouraging and adapt to the comfort of those taking part. Although not for the faint-of-heart! My 13 year old loved it.

My 12 year old daughter had a fantastic time doing the two-hour flying trapeze class, and wanted to sign up again for another class with her brother and/or her friends. Definitely recommend. Dress in layers - the space is somewhat cold.
