My first visit today & I am psyched to go back. Jack, the studio manager and one of the coaches, is terrific and very helpful to newbies: he modified and helped me tremendously, still keeping the other 10 ladies on track. The participants are welcoming and very helpful also.

Amazing energy as soon as you walk in! The coaches there are super supportive and encourage you to do your best no matter what level you are at. I would highly recommend Fit Body Boot Camp to anyone is tired of the boring gym routine and wants to get out of their comfort zone 🏃‍♀️
