I was able to quickly make the appointment once I pulled up in person…I was glad to support the business. I was underwhelmed with the quality…he was even shocked I tipped. Nice guy. I wish I could recommend.

Worst experience ever... I had appointments at 1 o'clock.
Car went in at 2.30
Made me wait for over 5 hours and the car was not even in good condition.
Didn't remove the stains from the seats. And he told me that he tried to remove but it couldn't be removed.
And i got a fabric cleaner and with the first spray and with little with just a wipe the stain is gone.. Don't recommend 👎👎👎

I started out being hopeful and expecting to receive the service I paid for and was promised. Well, he over promised and under delivered. It took almost an hour for him to get going and the time was longer that promised. The finished product was not professional looking, just ok. I purchased a deal for interior and exterior but clearly the interior wasn’t done. A lot of excuses but not the quality of work I expect. I won’t return or refer anyone.

I would give this guy 0 stars if I can.
My appointment was at 730 am, I was told I would be given a call once my car is finished. After 6 PM, I never received a phone call. No one picked up. Absolutely no communication what so ever. The car was finished at 9 PM!
After apologizing, we came to check the work. The trunk was untouched, and he claimed Groupon does not cover it. Very Unprofessional!

Jay took his time with my car and got a year's worth of old stains,spills, and dirt out in the same day! my car looks brand new. He is definitely my go to for details and I hope everyone supports his business.
